To manage your administration, we require access to your complete business or company records (e.g., purchase and sales invoices, bank account statements, and any cash register records). We often tailor the delivery frequency to the period in which your VAT return is due.
After submitting your records, we will process them in our accounting software. We will then use our software to calculate the VAT amount you owe or are owed. You will receive written notification of the calculation result by email, asking whether you agree with it. If you agree, we will submit the tax return digitally to the Dutch Tax and Customs Administration. It is your responsibility to process the payment on time, if applicable.
At the end of each period, you’ll also receive a profit and loss statement from us, outlining amounts receivable from customers and amounts outstanding to suppliers. These statements provide insight into developments within your business, enabling you to make informed decisions about the future of your company where necessary.
